How to uninstall Bing Toolbar

When you install free software you download from the internet, many of them bundle with advertising program such as Bing’s Toolbar. Bing’s Toolbar is from Microsoft, if you don’t pay attention and click too fast  while you are installing the free software, Bing’s Toolbar will be installed too.

If you don’t like Bing’s Toolbar on your Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome, you can uninstall it from Contrl  Panel Add/Remove Programs. But many people complain that it does not remove completely. This article describes how to uninstall Bing Toolbar by disabling the BHO add-on first and removing it from Add/Remove Programs. To uninstall Bing Toolbar for the web browser, follow these instructions.

1. Open Internet Explorer, and right-click on an empty spot on the toolbar area.
2. Select Bing Toolbar to uncheck it.
3. Click Disable button to disable the BHO plugin.
4. Go to Control Panel and Remove Programs.
5. Find Bing Toolbar and uninstall it.
