How to fix Windows Update page not loading

ISSUE

When you try to use Windows Update, you will receive a blank page that is not loading. Or you see your system is acting up such as webpage does not load correctly. And applications don’t work right.

CAUSE

This issue is mainly caused due to software conflictions or after you uninstall an antivirus program. These corruptions cause many DLL files broken link.

SOLUTION

We will need to manually register three files using the command regsvr32 in DOS or from the Run in Start menu.

To fix Windows Update loading blank page, follow these instruction.

• Click Start menu, select Run
• Type the command: regsvr32 jscript
• Press Enter and repeat the same process for: regsvr32 vscript
• Type command: regsvr32 /I mshtml

Try the Windows Update again
