How to fix printer only prints graphic but not text

ISSUE

A customer called for a weird thing that her printer only prints graphic but not text, when she prints Word document it just comes out blank pages, and when she prints Excel documents, it may print only the border and the graphic but no text within. However, it could print a test page from the printer’s properties box.

CAUSE

The cause of this issue is because the system updates messed up the printer driver.

RESOLUTION

Download the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website.
