How to edit in print preview in office 2007

Microsoft office 2007 allows you to edit documents in print preview window. This allows you to preview a document prior to printing and make changes directly to the document in Print Preview mode. This feature save us times going back to normal mode to edit if you want to have small changes.

To edit in print preview in Microsoft Office 2007 applications, follow these simple instructions.

  1. Click the Office button on the top left, select Print, and then Print Preview.
  2. In the Preview section of the ribbon, uncheck theĀ  Maginfier checkbox.
  3. The Magnifier cursor will change to the Text Selection cursor. Now you can make the changes to document.
  4. Click Close Print Preview.
  5. Save changes in Print Preview.
