How to change the viewing language in Live Hotmail

When you sign up with Windows Live Hotmail account, the system detects what language is your Windows is using and it uses it as the default viewing language in Hotmail. To many bilingual users, they might prefer use English as their primary language or their own language as the viewing language.

1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live Hotmail account.

2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.

3. Under Customizing Hotmail, click Language.

4. Select a language, and then click Save.
