Printer says load tray 1 light letter

ISSUE

Network printer with print queue says load tray 1 light letter. But the configuration page shows that the printer tray settings are:

Default Paper Size Letter

Tray 1 Size: ANY SIZE

Tray 1 Type: ANY TYPE NORMAL

Tray 2 Size: ANY SIZE

Tray 2 Type: PLAIN NOMAL

Tray 3 Size: LETTER

Tray 3 PLAIN NORMAL

CAUSE

The print queue on the print server has different print driver settings.

SOLUTION

On the computer that prints to the printer, delete the print queue and re-map it.
